* Use it as a leg brace and to rub onto ankles, knees and hocks before and after a workout.
* Rub onto the back before tacking up (contains no oil, so your saddle will not slip.)
* For sore or tight muscles, rub on then put on a hot, steaming towel over the area for 10 minutes.
* During dry weather, paint onto soles of feet after training on hard ground.
